Larry Timm has over 27 years of experience in high-technology sales and general management, including sales positions at Teradyne and Novellus, where he was an early-stage employee.
He has served as VP Sales and Marketing for Athens Corp, a supplier of chemical handling equipment for semiconductor manufacturing prior to its successful acquisition; Director of International Sales and Operations for Tencor prior to its merger with KLA; Vice President of Sales, Service and Marketing for Speedline; and VP International and then VP/GM of the Web Application group, prior to its successful acquisition by Oracle. He has worked in Japanese selling situations since 1991.

Nobuyuki Imamura has over 25 years of experience in high-tech sales and management in Japan, all for the local subsidiaries of US-based companies. He is a highly sought after expert on the issues inherent in and sol merging the two business cultures.
He has served as President and Representative Director of the Japanese subsidiaries of Aspect Development, Empirix and CoWare, building value in each case that led to successful outcomes for the companies.
